Samantha David is an experienced non-profit leader with over 30 years in the sector and broad experience in fundraising, marketing, board relations, organizational leadership, and coaching and mentoring teams. Samantha is driven by the desire to help organizations and search candidates reach their potential and get to the best result. She respectfully challenges the status quo during the search process to ensure diversity of lived and professional experience is valued, while functioning as a collaborative, insightful search partner.

Samantha has been active volunteer in the community for many years and now dedicates most of her volunteer time to animal rescue charities where she has been fostering dogs for over 9 years.
