Agnes Zach
Agnes Zach is the Executive Director of Willamette Valley Development Officers (WVDO) and the CEO of Nonprofit Professionals Now. WVDO trains, supports and networks with the individuals raising funds within nonprofits while NPN focuses on finding nonprofits the talent they need to grow.
Agnes started NPN to support the transition of talented nonprofit professionals to nonprofits where both the individual and the organization could thrive. Since 2012, Agnes has managed both organizations growing NPN into a full service employment agency with Executive Searches, Temporary Staffing, Board Matching and individual client support. In the meantime, WVDO has grown their series of courses to continue develop nonprofit talent for the Portland and Oregon nonprofit market and they have linked these non-credit courses to the Portland State University Nonprofit Institute.
Agnes has her MBA from Willamette University and spent her career as a lobbyist, Governmental Affairs Director, Association Manager, Executive Director and CEO.
