Shelli Herman

Before establishing her own firm in 2010, Shelli spent 15 years with another retained search firm as a senior vice president. Prior to her career in executive search, she held significant management positions at both the University of Florida and Loyola Marymount University.
Shelli is a thought leader, regularly contributing articles and speaking on panels regarding career development and higher education leadership. In keeping with the company’s dedication to nonprofits, Shelli is a prominent volunteer in the Los Angeles community as vice president of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Bureau. For 12 years, Shelli also helped guide the Downtown Women’s Center (DWC) as a member of the Board of Directors; DWC works to eradicate homelessness for women on Skid Row in Los Angeles. She is active in the Junior League of Los Angeles, a volunteer organization for women focusing on leadership and service to the community, and has served several terms on the Board of Directors. Finally, Ms. Herman is also a member of the National Advisory Council for the Foundation of the Wichita State University.
Shelli has a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Wichita State University and a master’s in administration from Bowling Green State University.
