Eric Peterson
Eric Peterson is Managing Director & Principal and one of the founders of Waverly Partners, a national retained executive search firm. He has 30 years of executive search consulting experience with a successful track record of recruiting top and senior leaders to executive management, finance, information systems, operations, sales and marketing and human resources positions. His nonprofit work includes consulting with and advising Boards of Directors on their selection of CEO/Executive Director candidates for chambers of commerce, economic development organizations, business associations, cultural arts and social and human service agencies.
Prior to joining Waverly Partners, Eric served as Vice President & Managing Director of the Cleveland office of another national executive search firm and earlier was a search consultant with Ernst & Young LLP. He began his career in the banking industry in Cincinnati and Cleveland.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Denison University and his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Xavier University. He is a member of the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, Western Association of Chamber Executives and the International Economic Development Council. Eric also serves on the Board of Directors of the Community Service Alliance in Cleveland, a nonprofit agency providing transitional housing and support services to men coming out of homelessness.
