Lisa Vuona

With decades of experience in human resources, talent management, and executive search, Lisa is proud to serve as Managing Partner of Boyden Boston and as a member of the Global Social Impact Practice and Human Resources Practice. Lisa has a passion for Jesuit institutions and is an alumna of Boston College. As a search partner, she is strategic, driven, and committed to finding ‘a needle in a haystack.’ As a recruiter, she is thoughtful, responsive, and open-minded. Prior to joining Boyden in 2021, Lisa was Vice President of Lindauer Global for 14 years, engaged in full life-cycle searches for national and international non-profit organizations. Lisa also served as the Director of Recruitment and Training for the American Heart Association. Lisa’s expertise in building teams in non-profit organizations has yielded consistent higher than average retention rates.
