Jill Christie
Jill Christie has 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience as an Executive Search Consultant and Executive Director. Jill currently directs all executive search assignments for Tuft & Associates and has delivered professional talent to nonprofit organizations across the country. Her clients include local, state, national and international medical and trade associations, foundations, service organizations, and universities.
Jill has substantial experience in CEO succession, working with multiple stakeholders across an organization, as well as a deep familiarity with the importance of constituent engagement.
Prior to joining Tuft & Associates, Jill spent her career in nonprofits, including 10 years leading an organization that supports underserved children in Chicago. In addition to bringing a unique understanding of the needs of nonprofits at the local level, Jill has association management experience at the national level, having worked in professional staff roles at the American Medical Association and American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Jill graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a Bachelor of Arts in History. She received a Masters of Arts in Sociology from DePaul University in Chicago.
