Ron Guisinger
Ron Guisinger, Vice President of Benefactor Group, leads the firm’s talent practice with a focus on search, executive transition, and succession planning. He also supports clients with leadership, governance, and planning services. Ron joined Benefactor Group in 2009 after spending over two decades in senior human resources management roles with multinational software and technology companies. His experience includes HR strategy and planning, workforce alignment, mergers and acquisitions, performance and talent management, and job and organizational design. At Benefactor Group he serves clients across the nonprofit sector, including arts & culture, human services, healthcare, associations, and education.
A passion for volunteerism brought Ron into the sector, and he is active in nonprofit organizations and professional societies. He served on the national Board of Governors and the Columbus Steering Committee of the Human Rights Campaign, and has also served as president of the local affiliate of World at Work, a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) with a SHRM-SCP certification. Ron has earned talent management certifications in the Lominger Leadership Architect© suite, including Interview Architect® and Choices®. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
