Tom Moore
Tom Moore is an experienced search consultant and former fund development professional with over twenty-nine years of combined service associated with not-for-profit organizations.
Mr. Moore established Thomas R. Moore Executive Search, LLC in January 1991, following seven combined years with the Ketchum Incorporated Executive Recruiting Service and the Ernst & Young’s Executive Search practice. Mr. Moore’s firm is know nationwide as a specialty firm with expertise with not-for-profit organizations and the recruitment of experienced development personnel. Prior to entering the Executive Search Industry, Mr. Moore was associated with the development programs at the University of Texas at Arlington, Texas A&M University Commerce and the American Heart Association.
Mr. Moore’s search practice has been directed toward healthcare, education, church and religions organizations, cultural arts and national human / social service agencies.
Mr. Moore is an active participant in the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the National Committee on Planned Giving, the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, the Independent Recruiters Group Association and the Network of Nonprofit Search Consultants.
