Kris McFeely
For more than 20 years, Kris McFeely has worked with Campbell & Company’s Executive Search team to find talented individuals who can make an impact on an organization’s mission for years to come. Kris enjoys leading clients through the entire search process from start to finish and has successfully partnered with over 350 clients. Kris and the Executive Search team work seamlessly together, sourcing Campbell & Company’s extensive network to identify the best candidates for client needs. Kris especially enjoys opportunities to build strong partnerships with clients’ senior leadership and identify talented leaders who can contribute to advancing clients’ missions.
Prior to joining Campbell & Company, Kris worked at the John G. Shedd Aquarium as a Senior Animal Care Specialist for 10 years. In addition to providing daily care and training for the marine mammal collection, she was responsible for the college internship program. In this role, she interviewed, hired, trained, and mentored college students who were interested in careers in zoo and aquarium-related fields.
Kris was honored in “Crain’s 2020 Notable Leaders in HR,” a Crain’s Chicago Business award program. She has been a member of the Network of Nonprofit Search Consultants since 2012 and serves on the Program Committee.
